CULLINAN SUPPORT RELIEF FUND

The Cullinan Support Relief Fund provides need-based financial assistance to eligible team members facing unexpected hardships, such as natural disasters or serious personal challenges. The fund is managed by an independent charity partner to ensure transparency and fairness. By supporting our people during difficult moments, Cullinan reinforces its commitment to taking care of those who help us take care of our guests.

NEW ORLEANS: SUPPORT DURING THE STORM

When Hurricane Ida struck New Orleans, entire neighborhoods were left without power, flooded, and unsafe to remain in. Many families were forced to evacuate with little time to prepare. One Cullinan team member and her young child suddenly found themselves displaced from their home and in urgent need of shelter, food, and basic necessities. Through our employee support initiative, Cullinan provided financial assistance to help them stay safe, fed, and sheltered throughout the evacuation period.

HAWAII: SUPPORT THROUGH THE FLOOD

Heavy rainfall in Kauai is normal, but a severe storm in Wainiha in April 2018 left one of our team members, Brian, fleeing his flooded home. Once the waters receded, he found extensive damage that needed urgent repairs. Through Cullinan’s employee support fund, Brian received financial assistance to help restore his home and begin rebuilding his life with confidence.

NEPAL: A HELPING HAND

In April 2015, a powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal, causing widespread devastation and loss of life. While Cullinan does not have properties in Nepal, the families of several team members across our global locations were affected. Through our employee support initiatives, we were able to provide assistance to help these families recover and find stability during this difficult time.
