Meet the Team

Co-Founder & CEO
Abderrazzaq Bouzid
Abderrazzaq brings 28 years of international hotel experience to Cullinan Hospitality. He spent 19 years at IHG, specialising in corporate business development and the leisure and tour series segments, earning the Best Commercial Leader award for the IHG region. He then spent nine years with hotel owning companies in progressively senior roles: Director of Business Development overseeing a portfolio of more than 16,000 rooms across Rosewood, Accor, and IHG brands; Area General Manager; Chief Marketing Officer; and Chief Hospitality Officer, where he led a full rebranding and the implementation of international operational standards.
He has conducted feasibility studies across Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Mauritania, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, and Kazakhstan, and currently serves as Ambassador of CDD (Club Des Dirigeants) in Saudi Arabia. A Moroccan national who built his career across the world, Abderrazzaq co-founded Cullinan Hospitality to bring those international standards home.

Co-Founder & COO
Adnane Ajdi
Adnan Ajdi brings a multi-country General Manager career to Cullinan Hospitality, with deep operational expertise built across West and Central Africa and the broader Francophone region. A Mauritanian national with extensive experience managing properties across diverse regulatory and cultural environments, Adnan's roots in Francophone Africa give Cullinan a genuine and credible presence in a market most MENA management companies cannot reach.
He co-founded Cullinan Hospitality with Abderrazzaq in late 2024, sharing a conviction that independent hotel owners across the MENA region and Africa deserve a management partner fully aligned with their interests — not the interests of a brand or a chain.
